Portfolio Experience

My experience creating my portfolio on Behance has been surprisingly easy compared to other sites. It’s actually really good for being simple enough that the new and average users can navigate but also advanced enough that professionals can use it to promote more of their work effectively. The theme I’m going for with my profile is more about product photography with a dash of nature photography with the current projects I have posted on the platform. For my current project it was actually really nice to come back to photography for a change rather than just constant video projects back to back, which although I do love a nice video project it is nice to go back to photography where the projects are more point and shoot and edit later. With this project I decided to try to get some shots outside because being cooped up day after day got old so i decided to get some outside shots to show how nice it is currently. I also decided to shoot drinks for many reasons like 1) they are small and I can make it easy to fit in a setting and 2) most drinks are colourful besides the 2 diet drinks but the 3 I knew i could make the colours really pop and stand out with the setting. Although my main focus with my career isn’t photography I am still gonna keep the portfolio as a back up for opportunities on the side.
